Heart of Living Yoga Foundation 

WE ARE RAISING FUNDS FOR THE POOREST AND MOST UNDER-PRIVILEGED IN SRI LANKA, INDIA AND THE UK.

The charity has been running projects in Sri Lanka for the past 12 years, and now in India too, to give education & nourishment to the poorest children and to women-led families who survive on next to nothing, as well as financially supporting those children once they go to university.

Other projects are to help children and adults with special needs, people suffering from trauma after the end of the civil war and training ladies in handicrafts to enable them to support themselves.

In the UK we support the AOK Rucksack appeal which helps homeless people get off the streets and on their feet again and the Holistic Education for Special Needs Foundation.

All money raised goes directly to these projects and all our work is based on the yogic principles of Ahimsa (non-harm) and Compassion in Action.
