Find relief from stress, burn-out, anxiety, panic attacks and depression and improve recovery from any of these, trauma, illness, injury or surgery through a combinition of fully supported, deeply restful Yoga poses with Reiki Healing, Heart Meditation and Mindfulness Practices.

During the initial session we will look at specific areas that you would like to improve and create your personal well-being goal. This will then be measured in each session to track progress.
