Due to the ever growing number of students I meet who struggle with anxiety disorders, combined with the increased anxiety experienced by many during the Covid-19 pandemic, I have developed an 8-week course for managing anxiety.

The course consists of two weekly group sessions. The first session each week is a 1 hour Mindfulness session, exploring what keeps participants trapped in their anxiety and learning practices to help change automatic responses and deeply ingrained behaviours. The second session each week is a 1 1/2 hour Yoga session, suited to every body (literally), designed to ground participants and to calm and balance their nervous system through gentle movement, breathing practices and deep relaxation.

The cost is £250 for the full course to include handouts and audio recordings. Concessions are available for students and people on Universal Credit or reduced income due to Covid-19.

Should you prefer to have 1:1 sessions, we will agree a start date and the timing of the sessions. The cost for 1:1 is £800 for the full course to include handout and video recordings.
