Gentle Yoga for Seniors

Gentle exercise, such as Yoga has been shown to be particularly helpful in maintaining mobility and well-being as we get older. 

Recent research has also shown that Mindfulness is helpful in the prevention of Alzheimer's Disease.

I offer the following classes for seniors, either in care homes, or in the comfort of their own home:

  • Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Group Classes and One-to-One
